Last year, ESHA surveyed elementary school heads on three key topics:
- Attrition and retention
- Head support and wellness
- Organizational structures and practices
The response to the survey was robust, and the data provided was insightful. We want every ESHA head to be able to benefit from this data.
In October, Mission & Data, our partner in administering and designing the survey, will offer tips on how to use and customize the dashboard.
Whether you’ve spent lots of time or no time at all reviewing the data, please consider joining us. While this session will lay the foundation for a deeper discussion at the ESHA retreat, all are encouraged to attend.
